Testing, Warranty, and Shipping

Testing

Every phone processed goes through our rigorous and advanced testing to ensure full functionality. We've invested 100's of thousands of dollars and years of development into proprietary software and state of the art robotics to assist our techs in testing and grading our units. This gives us unparalleled accuracy and consistency compared to our competitors. Units are checked for battery health along with a 40 point functionality test covering every aspect of the phone. This covers basic tests like touch screen and buttons as well as advanced call tests and actual speaker quality and decibel measurement to ensure everything works like new. All IMEIs are also checked to ensure phones are clean for the carrier they are listed under and free of any Apple/Samsung accounts.

Warranty

While we have one of the lowest RMA rates in the industry, we do realize things sometimes go wrong with the complex nature of smartphones. We fully back our products and offer a 60-day warranty with the option of a credit towards repair of the device, or replacement/refund. Buyer's remorse returns are accepted within 7 days and subject to an adjustment credit at the current market price if returned after that period. In order to properly process returns, all phones received back must have matching IMEIs to the original unit(s) mailed out, be without physical or water damage, and be cleared of all Apple/Samsung accounts.

Shipping

We ship Monday to Friday out of Chattanooga, Tennessee. Order submitted and paid before 2:30 PM Eastern will ship same day, otherwise orders will ship the following business day. We offer Fedex 2 day and Overnight options as well as international shipping to anywhere in the world via Fedex International.
